Overcoming major physical constraints and high-risk conditions, our team delivered a flawless, after-hours ceiling upgrade in one of Brisbane’s landmark CBD commercial towers. Working exclusively across two weekends, we engineered specialised floor and glass protection to operate heavy scissor lifts over premium marble and 6-metre-tall glass panels. The project required intensive plastering, sanding, and a premium multi-coat Dulux paint finish. Every trace of construction was cleared by Sunday midday, ensuring a 100% perfect, defect-free environment ready for corporate tenants by Monday morning – completed safely, on time, and with zero variations.
