We co-ordinated and staged all specialised decking materials on-site two weeks prior to kicking off construction. Additionally, to minimise disruption in a tightly regulated area, our team managed all necessary compliance and secured after-hours permits to work through the night. This highly labour-intensive project required top-tier craftsmanship and seamless coordination, proving once again that we can deliver complex upgrades on time, under pressure, and entirely without fuss.
