When a busy local centre required a complete commercial kitchen upgrade and a new staff room, Fixed stepped in to manage the project from initial concept to final compliance.
The preliminary phase required navigating a rigorous 7-week design and approval process. Dealing with multiple consultants, structural engineers, and council authorities presented significant bureaucratic hurdles. True to our “no fuss” philosophy, our team managed these complex negotiations entirely in the background, shielding the client from the administrative burden so they could focus on their day-to-day operations.
Once approvals were secured, the physical transformation began. The project involved stripping back the existing space to install all-new walls, commercial-grade flooring, and comprehensive plumbing and electrical upgrades. Because the centre could not afford to close, we set up a fully compliant, temporary sandwich preparation area, ensuring daily operations continued seamlessly and safely alongside our construction zone.
The final phase required a massive push, completing the entire commercial installation in a remarkably tight 9-day window. The result is a premium, high-capacity commercial kitchen and a dedicated staff room built to the highest standards.
